ok. long time there isn't any new post here liao, so yeah, i'm gonna do a real goody good deed by updating it! haha x) ok. that's SUPER lame though...

2day, met up some seagulls (♥) & bboys (only sec 2s came, but dun be sad, huimin. there's still US! ok. haha. that's lame...) for a few FUN rounds of volley (another ♥) haha :) somehow 4got 2 bring the strings i'd promised 2 bring 2 use as the net. *very paiseh, paiseh* but luckily, you-know-who came 2 the rescue & gloria became so high all of a sudden, supposedly 4 no reason although it was quite obvious... agree seagulls? x)

though it was quite hot & the sun was shining brightly on us, we played quite wildly like never b4, not even during ANY of our trainings (though i can't compare it with onions' recess volley sessions, yeah gloria? haha... ) the ball bouced here, bounced there until suddenly, out of the blue, SPLASH! -- it bounced in2 the lake...

then unexpectedly, this super duper uber KIND sec 4 guy (whom we've never even met b4) came over, removed his shirt & dived in2 the water. not waddle, DIVED. D-I-V-E-D. we just stood there, shock 到, we couldn't think of anything else 2 say except 'omg! omg! omg!' the guy's friends even took a video. haha x) here's it -- the ORIGINAL copy! :

after that, we played 4 a short while more b4 heading 2 the pungol nasi lemak stall outside of school 4 dinner b4 we finally started on our jouney home at around 8pm, feeling tired but happy... :) *yawn*

PS. the food was DELICIOUS! haha x)

heyy peeps gt sum ppl ask me on wad shld b bring fer de in-camp training so i think it would b better to make a list of de items ;D
*3 or 4 sets of clothes
*slippers(onli can b worn at night meaning after 6pm)
*bathing equips(towel, shampoo, soap etc..)
*gromming thingy(comb, wax, hair band, pins etc..)
*washing up things(meaning ur toothbrush, toothpaste etc..)
*sleeping bag(a muz hav thing)
*pillow or dunnoe wad B smth smth(optional as u please)
*potato chips, snacks(optional)
*handphone charger(bring if euuhh wanna charge ur hp)
*cards games(anything tt euhh felt like bring to play)
*torch light??? (muz we bring tt??)
*ur own form of entertainment(mp3, ipod, psp u wan bring dhen euhh bring lurhhs)
hmm.. can't realli think of anything now... when i think of other stuffs i will add it

Heyys peeps... hmm... todae training was like so little ppl come -.=" 7 seniors n 5 sec1 >.< style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">LOTS of spiking n spiking for spikers n setters did lots of setting then we had sum kai qiu practice & then we da dui wif seniors xD hmm... FRIDAE training is 1pm starts might b indoor cuz de guys had morning training N jiao lian sae gt spot check also on tt dae he sae muz spot check our hair so muz pin up or at least bring a pin cuz he sae he gonna make us wear a ugly pin which he sae so larhhxx... anyways he sae BRING nt WEAR so nvm larhxx juz tikam tikam bring one pin lols xD

Hello fellow seagulls, here to post a post. Today's training was fun and nice coz jiao lian was in a good mood today.. The main purpose of posting here now is to brain wash all of you guys, coz i find that there is need to do so before i regret. Competition is coming real soon and we still need lots and lots of training to be in the competition state, which is indirectly saying that we are still very weak.. No offense but we are. I found out that we actually have the ability to do so, but we are just simply lack of confidence and abit of training.. Remember what jiao lian always tell us right ? Communicate and encourage, we must learn to remind our team mates what to do and always must jia you for them. Look at our seniors, they scream and shout and made lots of noises while playing the match.. And its like obviously that they are enjoying it, Wouldn't you want to be like them and be a good volleyballer? As long as we have the spirit with us, we can win and we can do well in our matches. Confidence can overcome whatever obstacles that can be overcame. And one more important thing, since we are chosen to be in the school team.. you should know that you are not only working hard for yourself, but for your other team mates and also the school. Its like wouldn't you be sort of guilty if we lost just because someone in the team is not willing to put in the best effort and not willing to work hard but yet actually she has the ability ?I have already done my best and I can't be the one always working hard .. I will get tired some days.. Seriously just try, during training when playing matches, we try to just shout and scream more.. Be more energetic and we can really do much better, do you know why ? Coz we will be linked together in a way and we will be able to work well together, and most importantly.. we can enjoy our game. Trust me, just try one time and we can improve really alot.

at around early to mid November.. Which means we seriously is lack of time
So after exam already, Must work two times harder ok ? No time to slack le

We still must try our very best ok ? Remember all the things i've told you all right ?
Haha.. Determination and stuffs. Dun feel like repeating again :D

Hey seagulls! x) Gloria here.. THIS CONCERNS OUR VERY FIRST SEAGULLS OUTING AS.. er seagulls?? Anyway, can ur pls tell me by tomorrow whether you will be free on the tenth of october (10/10) for the whole day? I was planning that after ACC at 8.30a.m. (last exam), we buy stuff for a BBQ, then we go Sentosa to BBQ or wadeva and play volley! I can help to book the vball court which is under management of i think Shangri-La hotel or sth BUT.. that hotel doesn't rent out their BBQ pits to non-guests staying there. So maybe we cannot BBQ at all.. D: PLS ASK PERMISSION FROM UR MAMA AND PAPA BY TONIGHT AND GIVE ME A REPLY BY TOMORROW (14/09)!!! URGENT!!

Harlo sea gulls x) Here to post... Coz i found out that i have not posted
for a very long time. So i decided to post something. Hahah ,,,
Ya and today training was tough for me ... Dunno bout you guys xP
Today when we da dui, HA I ran alot =.-
So tiring ... coz jiao lian said that the mini cup xD ( Sounds wrong )
Is coming, and the netball interclass is over ...
So i tink its seriously time for me to work hard and to
contribute to the team. But the whole team does not only consist
of me... It consists of the whole C'girls. So all of you must work
as hard as me ok ? Lets work hard together x)
And i remember that mr chua had said something
that i feel that its very logical and it makes sense:
All the skills we had learnt are the same,
Its just the determination on court matters
As long as we ppl think we can do it, We can
Determination is the key of success...

Heya seagulls! Today after training, Xin hui and I went to Julliana's house to make some souvenirs for sec4 seniors! First, here are some pics!

We ate dinner at Ju's house - curry with rice (yummy!) and drank aloe vera juice.

Okay.. we worked and played (only a bit) until 10.30 plus then go home. So we have decided to make a volleyball ball and a bookmark for each senior ks? On mon remember to look for me, xh or ju to sign ur names. REMEMBER!!

By the way, the cost in total for the styrofoam balls is $19.50 so can each of you'll give me $1.30 asap? THKS!!
